With over 20 years of industry experience, she has held executive roles at powerhouses like Ralph Lauren, J.Crew & Vince before pivoting to entrepreneurship in 2020.

Since then, Krista has launched multiple brands, including an athleisure collection & REGENERATION X The Love Generation, a sustainable women's line celebrating unexpected upcycled designs & vintage classics. Her passion for creating positive change in the fashion industry sparked the idea for a fashion camp for kids focused on teaching both style & sustainability.

She co-developed a curriculum with certified educators grounded in academic principles & real-world industry experience. What began as a single summer camp in Ohio has since expanded into a nationwide program offering after-school classes, pop-up workshops & multi-week summer camps.

Krista knew she was destined for fashion from the age of six, cutting & altering her clothes long before upcycling became a trend. Today, she is committed to inspiring & educating the next generation of fashionistas through hands-on learning, creative exploration & a deep commitment to sustainability. Her mission is to plant seeds of change, build community, foster creative confidence & raise conscious creators.

During her time at Amazon, Alice helped launch their first beauty & fashion live shopping channel. Alice has been recognized for her creative performance by high-profile talent & studios in the broadcast & tech industry.

Autumn will receive both her Master of Arts in Teaching (Art Education) & Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art from Kent State University in May 2027 after previously earning her Bachelor of Business Administration in Fashion Merchandising with minors in Photography & Marketing. She is passionate about bringing together all of her creative & educational experiences to make fashion learning meaningful, accessible & fun for every student.

Before entering the classroom, Autumn spent five years working as a professional model throughout Ohio, New York & Miami, giving her firsthand experience in the fashion industry from both the creative & business perspectives. Alongside modeling, she developed experience in social media, branding, digital content creation & fashion marketing.

At Future Fashion Stars™, Autumn develops & oversees the educational curriculum used across every program, blending fashion, art, technology, entrepreneurship & hands-on learning into lessons that encourage curiosity, confidence, collaboration & creative problem solving.

Whether students are designing their first collection, experimenting with textiles, walking the runway, or collaborating on creative challenges, Autumn's goal is to create an environment where every child feels inspired to explore, create & believe in their own ideas.
