Founder Krista Allison is a trailblazer in fashion, known for her innovative fusion of creativity & environmental consciousness.
With over 20 years of industry experience, she has held executive roles at powerhouses like Ralph Lauren, J.Crew & Vince before pivoting to entrepreneurship in 2020.
Co-founder Alice is a creative media professional with more than twelve years of experience in talent & production with a strong sense for creative excellence. She has a seasoned background in developing, writing & producing for live & digital programming at Amazon, NBC, Bloomberg & award-winning creative agencies.
During her time at Amazon, Alice helped launch their first beauty & fashion live shopping channel. Alice has been recognized for her creative performance by high-profile talent & studios in the broadcast & tech industry.
As Director of Education, Autumn Dasbach combines her lifelong passion for fashion, art & education to create engaging learning experiences that inspire the next generation of creative thinkers.
Autumn will receive both her Master of Arts in Teaching (Art Education) & Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art from Kent State University in May 2027 after previously earning her Bachelor of Business Administration in Fashion Merchandising with minors in Photography & Marketing. She is passionate about bringing together all of her creative & educational experiences to make fashion learning meaningful, accessible & fun for every student.
